The Role
The company is currently seeking a Head of AI to be based in India. This is a foundational role in our company and will be collaborating with executive leadership reporting to the CEO of the company and will play a key role in defining the roadmap for the platform.
The ideal candidate is an elite researcher, eager to take a hyper talented team of researchers and engineers, and backed by substantial resources from top global investors, to build the next great AI company.
As our Head of AI, you will be at the forefront of everything the company does, shaping the future AI transformation. You’ll sit at the forefront of research and product, simultaneously working on the most cutting edge technology and figuring out how to bring it to the world.
You'll work closely with the founders and intentionally small but strong team of researchers and technologists, from across multiple geographies.
Requirements
Deep Learning Expertise: Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, coupled with a demonstrably strong research background in cutting-edge deep learning methodologies.
Frontier Tech Pioneer: Proven experience in both researching and successfully deploying innovative technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), image diffusion models, and others at the forefront of the field.
Leadership and Implementation: A minimum of 3 years of experience leading high-performing machine learning teams in production environments, translating research concepts into real-world applications.
Scalable Architect: Possess knowledge of architectural patterns for building high-scale, complex AI applications capable of handling demanding workloads.
Talent Champion: A proven track record of identifying, hiring, and developing top talent in the AI field, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
